Halil has more than 30 years' experience spanning engineering, manufacturing operations, business strategy, transformation, international trade, and industrial growth, gained across start-ups and SME's to FTSE 350 and FSTE100 multi-nationals in engineering, manufacturing operations, consulting and senior management roles. He combines hands-on operational leadership with strategic insight and an extensive network across industry, academia, government, and finance.
Manufacturing IQ works with SMEs, scale-ups, and larger industrial organisations, helping leadership teams improve performance, deliver transformation, navigate growth, and strengthen governance during periods of change and increasing operational complexity.

ABOUT HALIL BEDEVI
Halil Bedevi MSc, FMM, CEng, FIET is a Chartered Engineer, manufacturing executive, board advisor and industrial strategy leader with more than 30 years of experience across manufacturing, engineering, operations, consulting, and industrial growth.
He has held senior leadership and board-level roles across manufacturing and industrial organisations including Airbus Defence & Space and Santander UK plc, where he served as UK Head of Advanced Manufacturing.
Today, Halil supports manufacturing businesses as a consultant, board advisor, fractional executive, and interim leader through Manufacturing IQ.
